ITFlow has proven to be a very helpful tool to my MSP organisation โ even without using the accounting module.
The documentation part is growing on us every day, and so does ticketing, despite the fact we are not able to communicate with clients throug ticketing e-mails, as that is only allowed in our national language.
Despite this (major) set-back, we come to the point where we consider a sponsorship, which seems only fair and a small price for the benefits we enjoy every day.
This project has come a long way โ we're talking intergalactic speed here โ and I'm so happy about the not so frequent updates, since entering stable version :-)
All our clients all work in the medical profession, hence GDPR is on everyones lips, and protecting our clients data is therefore a high prioity matter, and the reason for my questions:
I understand sponsorship includes personal support. This is not of great importane to us, as I find your attention and responsiveness on the general ITFlow forum to be 1st class all the way. But having the option would be nice, of course, so could you please describe the access needed to support our ITFlow installation?
Can we assume credentials for accessing our ITFlow installation, is well protected?
This is NOT an audit, merely a chance to ease our minds before signing up.
We know there are other options to donate, but we would rather go all in on a sponsorship.
At the same time I'd like to urge anyone else benefiting from this excellent project, to consider a donation or sponsorship.
