Make it easier to identify important/billing/technical contacts

I think we should add a filter and/or a mark next to someone's name in the contact list when they are an important/billing/technical contact.

There is currently no easy way to tell other than to edit the details of each contact.

I had something implemented a while ago, as important/primary contact that could be labeled (owner, billing, ceo etc). problem was that only one important/primary contact is allowed to have for the moment.

this would also help to outline the contact as approver or need approval in the ticketing.
