Creating Ticket - Search for customer by abbreviation

As the subject states, I would love to be able to search for the customer by their abbreviation when creating a ticket. I'm not sure if this is already available, or if it is a new feature request.

dhjdog Good idea, we should definitely add this. I want to adjust the entire new ticket modal first…I want it to match the flow of the recurring ticket modal, which allows you selecting both a client and a contact dynamically in the same modal.

doesn't look like its a current function, but I agree would be nice.

I know this is something that IT Glue can do (certainly by pressing O for Organization search and then the shortcode)
