When we attach files in an email, they aren't uploaded to the uploads folder.
For example:
I have a ticket with ticket id 84. When sending an email with an attachment (ubuntu_icon.png) it seems to be just fine. However, when i click Download or View, the file isn't found (404 error).

When searching for the file on my Ubuntu server, i can't find it anywhere. Also there is no folder for ticket id 84 in the ../uploads/tickets folder:

I could not really find the same issue on this forum. But I noticed this post: New Feature: Ticket File Attachments - ITFlow Forum describing how it should work.
Am I missing something or doing something wrong here? Or is this an issue?
