Currently, I do not know of a way to search up old tickets by "body content". The filters don't appear to allow that.
It would be extremely useful to be able to search a topic and find tickets where the issue has occurred before.
The documentation section allows for processes or "known issue" docs to be created, but having searchable tickets would be nice as well.
