I tried getting my masterkey again today but the page it opens has no key just below, what am I missing?

Is there anything showing as an error in Admin Settings > Debug?

Does entering and viewing Client Credentials (usernames/passwords) work for both you and another ITFlow user?

Nothing showing in Debug. Yes, entering client credentials works for different users.

Interesting. What do you get in your php error log when trying to view the key?

No php errors in apache2 log from what I can see.

Donnald Nothing at all? There will at least be warnings for unrelated things surely? Are you looking at the correct log?

Yes, there were entries in the error.log under apache2 folder. Nothing showed up when viewing the key. Is there anything I should look for specifically?

I would tail the log and then go through the view master key process to see what specifically that generates.

Yep, that's what I did and no errors. Am I looking at the right log in /var/log/apache2/error.log?

Most issues here can be diagnosed remotely using the debug page and/or the PHP error log, but if there is nothing there then I'm not sure what else to suggest checking. Usually there is at least something to suggest what the issue is, but if password management is working fine for different users too then I'm struggling to think what it could be.
