Quote\Invoice Viewed Notification

When I installed the script initially the Quote and Invoice viewed notifications worked, but they have since stopped working. When someone views either one it doesn't update the status and I also don't get a notification in the notifications area. What am I missing or is this just broke at the moment?

Hi @smcs I confirmed the notifications are still working for both invoice and quote being viewed via the guest link.

The only time it doesn't create a notification is when the invoice is marked paid.

You can try this on the demo.

I would suggest updating your ITFlow instance and then go from there.

Is this correct, You mentioned that when the invoice after being sent is viewed via the Guest URL that the Invoice status does not change to Viewed?

I checked on my site which is 100% up to date and even when I use the guest url myself it doesn't show as viewed. I have several that are shown as sent but it never changes, it used to and worked great, not sure what update changed that.

smcs Do you get any php errors when you load the invoice / quote guest view page?

None, it pops right up like it always has, but when I go back into portal it still shows sent, normally it would show Viewed after it was viewed.

Hi @smcs We added a debugger which will show table differences of the master and installed db structure. go ahead and update to the latest ITFlow via the built in updater.

Then go to settings > Debug

Report back any discrepancies it finds

Also, after the update I took a quote guest url that showed as Sent to another location, opened it in browser and it shows as viewed in portal. All I have changed was the last update nothing else, not sure, but it seems to be working now.
