New Client - Blank page

When creating a new client from the clients page, I click create and then end up at a blank page.

https://[company-site.com]/post.php

Sometimes the client is created with all of the entered information, sometimes it is not.

Then when I attempt to go to https://[company-site.com] it takes me to here:

https://[company-site.com]/index.php and just says Blank Page "Dashboard / Blank Page" in the breadcrumb.

What does your debug page say?

Random but, does it make a difference when you include/don't include the client's website?

aha! I created a test client twice. Once with no company website and one with the website.

The one without created immediately no hiccup. The one with a website spun for a bit and then did the bug I have mentioned.

life256 I've seen this before. Do the domain & certificate lookups work for you?

wrongecho Yes. Functioning properly, but they can take a little bit, but I would expect that.

also please share the domain in question id be curious to look further into it as well

johnny The domain appears to be irrelevant since I have replicated the issue in my OP, and I would rather not expose any client information.

It sounds like something local to your environment.

Can you reproduce on the demo / develop.dev.itflow.org?
