wrongecho exactly, looking at the tickets by Client or by Technician, it would be great to be able to select a date range, either via a specific date or to have predefined Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last 7days, Last Month, Last 3 Months, This Quarter, etc.
A filter would be triggered and the results displayed would include, for example, company name, ticket status, ticket ID, note, time reported. The total would then be below the generated table.
And we would be able to report
For the client, our time spent /work for the client
For us, how many hours each technician worked 🙂
