Can't view new quotes since update

Have a new customer and went to create 2 new quotes for him. After adding both quotes, I went to review them and when I click on quotes, there are none visible. In the menu there is a two beside the Quotes option, but when you click quotes none appear.

Started a new quote for another customer and it is not visible. Went to the app logs, under Administration and can see each and every line item I created.

Really confused as to how to proceed ….

Just another update- Not showing new invoices either 🙁

No problems after CLI updates, only after 25.03.4 upgrade from GUI

I think this is a timezone issue. In your quotes and invoices click the filter button and change the to date make it one day ahead, I bet it will show.

For the future make sure your timezone for the system and the ITFlow app are set to match.

According to your log Timestamps the time is 9:21 there so If the System is set for UTC it will write it to the DB as 1:21AM next day.

Was hopping it was that easy but it wasn't. Time zone is set for EST on bot

I tried setting the date ahead in the filter like you suggested, but it resets it to the correct day. Won't select a date in the future.

Tickets I create are still good, I can view them. It is just the Quotes & invoices. Any Log files I can send or other ideas?

It sees there is a new invoice, just doesn't show it….

What's your database timezone?

In terms of changing the invoice date filter, just edit the "Date To" field first and it should show everything?

Yeah the quotes you created yesterday should have def showed up by now.

Did you switch the timezone after you created the quotes and invoices or did you always have it set to Eastern. I'm Eastern as well

Also I forgot to mention you have to set a from date and a to date so set the from like April 1st to April 31st

I've always been Eastern time zone. I did set a start date to April 1st, but nothing changed…..

In invoices, from the main company menu, it shows the dollar amounts and the counts in the drafts ( think that is what it says). But doesn't show the new draft invoices, just the old ones when I click on it.

Think a reinstall and database transfer is the only way to go?

Tried other clients as well - doesn't matter - all new quotes and invoices don't show up. Tickets work fine.

Will try replacing invoices.php later this evening. Working at job site now. Just remoted in to get this info for you.

I'd be interested to see the exact invoice details in the database.

SELECT * FROM invoices WHERE invoice_client_id = X

and then

SELECT * FROM invoices WHERE invoice_client_id = X AND invoice_status = 'Draft'

You can find the client ID in the address bar

Also, temporarily replace invoices.php with this version: itflow-org/itflowblob/2fe8adcfcabbdb478dc80cdf9591892fc8a16c58/invoices.php and see if that solves the problem?

Note that you'll have to manually do a git reset --hard as the www-data user in order for the newest files to be pulled back down.

I see why the Invoice date is 4-14-2025 so deff in the future so that could be why its not displaying bt default

so yes if you set the from and the to 4-14-2025 it should show

By default it search from and to current date for all listings in the filter head. I think this shouldnt be a default ill work with the code

100% the issue. I set the starting date for Monday - the day I told him I would email him the quote as he is out of town until then. Didn't want it to get lost in his inbox.

Seems like it didn't use to be an issue. It showed all by default and then you filtered it down the range you were looking for. Maybe I am wrong. My vote would be to go to this method if you could. If not, now that I know the error occurred between my keyboard and my chair, I can work around it.
