I use a Gmail account as the mailbox for the ticket parser to work from. I use an App Password to access this inbox and it has been working fine until about a week ago. Emails are not sitting in the inbox, unread, and no tickets are being generated. I recreated the App Password and put it in ITFlow's mail settings with no luck. When I try to run the mail parser script manually it says that "Script is already running." Tried rebooting the server with no changes. When I check the syslog, I see the following:
