Email Parser Not Creating Tickets from Emails

I use a Gmail account as the mailbox for the ticket parser to work from. I use an App Password to access this inbox and it has been working fine until about a week ago. Emails are not sitting in the inbox, unread, and no tickets are being generated. I recreated the App Password and put it in ITFlow's mail settings with no luck. When I try to run the mail parser script manually it says that "Script is already running." Tried rebooting the server with no changes. When I check the syslog, I see the following:

Hey Kevin,

The cron key is no longer required so you can remove that line. Also check to make sure you have the latest updates again.

Removed the CRON key and rebooted the server after verifying that there are no updates available.

I used an IMAP checker and it passed using the following settings:

Does Admin Settings > Debug show any errors with the imap php extension?

There are a few other issues like whois there that you should probably fix.

What's the output of php -v and php -m at the CLI? Note that you can have a different CLI version of PHP to the version Apache uses, which comes with weird and wonderful issues.

You were right. CLI was saying PHP 8.4, but Apache was using 8.3. I tried forcing 8.4 for both, but the error persisted. I changed Apache and CLI to 8.3, all debugs are checked and emails are processing now. Thanks for your help wrongecho , that fixed it!

klockemy Great, you're welcome! This has caught a lot of people out lately. I am not really sure why, but assume it's related to running apt / yum update.
