ontariokicker44 Hello, There is an issue where people who are not assigned or watching a ticket are being listed as a watcher. They do not show up in the DB as such. Currently it seems random as to when it happens.
wrongecho Hey, need a bit more info here. Who are these people/emails? Are they completely random or at least somewhat related to the client or your MSP?
