Either I can't find it, or the only rubric showing technician performance is: time by technician, limiting visibility to a full year.
In my opinion, it would be very useful to have:
- breakdown by weeks / months (amount of time)
- breakdown by months (number of tickets)
- breakdown by weeks / months - information on what clients a given technician serviced
- breakdown by weeks / months - time spent on a given ticket / project /
- time spent on documentation
