Folder structure for files

I think we should implement a folder structure for the files module, similarly to how we have it for documents.

I like the idea of having folders for files as well, but whats your thought on possibly merging Documents and Files to just Documents.

Also we should allow document importing for example when uploading a docx or xlsx it will convert them into a html document compatible and searchable within ITFlow.

If I may, I suggest adding an area for network shares and the likes? For example, We have a client that uses SMB for network scans. For the moment weve been creating documents and uploading them to the client database. But having a dedicated area for options like that "similar to itglue" would be absolutely killer.

Funnily enough this has been previously suggested by Johnny if I recall correctly. We never decided if it was better as a separate module or just as a document template.
