Cron task no longer working

Hello everyone, I have an issue: the cron tasks are no longer working. No emails are being sent, and I'm not getting any error messages. I would appreciate any help to debug the situation. Thank you.

Please post what your Cron config currently looks like? Usually at /etc/cron.d/itflow

Probably /etc/cron.d/itflow

Thanks. That's the old configuration and things were changed with updates. I would recommend you glance over the changelog before running updates. As you can see under the 25.02 "Breaking Changes" section, Cron scripts were moved to the scripts subfolder.

Adjust your jobs like this instead:

0 2 * * * www-data /usr/bin/php /var/www/mydomain.fr/scripts/cron.php

* * * * * www-data /usr/bin/php /var/www/mydomain.fr/scripts/cron_ticket_email_parser.php

* * * * * www-data /usr/bin/php /var/www/mydomain.fr/scripts/cron_mail_queue.php

(It also looks like you're missing the jobs to refresh domain info and certificates, did you want to add those?)

I replaced my domain with mydomain.fr to prevent information leakage, but in the logs, it is indeed my actual domain name that appears along with my company's name. My solution is also up to date. I don't understand the issue...

Did you adjust your cron job to what I posted in the text block?

Edit: Obviously swapping mydomain.fr for your actual domain

I ran into a similar issue but after messing with it, I was able to find a not so common workaround.
