Hi everyone, I’m new here. I decided to join because we’re really struggling to get any help from Stripe support.
We recently launched a ticketing and hotel accommodation service for the upcoming SB19 concert, where we’re actually one of the event sponsors, handling the hotel bookings. Everything was going fine until Stripe suddenly paused our ability to charge customers. Not only did we lose access to payouts, but the payments that had already gone through were refunded regardless of our appeal.
Now we’re stuck — there are still transactions left that need to be refunded, but Stripe isn’t responding to our emails or doing anything to resolve it. I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask, but is there anyone here who might be able to point us in the right direction or offer some advice?
