Always loading Client Portal

Hello!

I am experiencing an issue with a fresh installation of ITFlow. The installation process went smoothly a few days ago. However, upon returning to the installation today, I am only able to see the client portal. The base URL of the ITFlow installation consistently redirects me to https://itflow.domain.tld/client/login.php. Even when I manually open the https://itflow.domain.tld/login.php I get redirected to client/login.php. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in as the admin user. Could you please guide me on where to look to resolve this issue?

Small Update. Found this in the Logs but I dont know if this is related to the problem:

Hello. It sounds like you've set a login key?

You can manually blank this in the database using the CLI:

UPDATE settings SET config_login_key_secret = '' WHERE company_id = 1;

Probably also try:

UPDATE settings SET config_login_key_required = 0 WHERE company_id = 1;

wrongecho Thank you very much. That worked perfectly for me! It's possible that I might have accidentally entered something, although I don't recall doing so.

ichabot maybe you've switched it just on without putting a key inside, which in this case you'd just have to add /login.php?key= without anything after it
