Email Queue Hanging (Invoicing)

Hello to the ITFLOW team!

After updating to the recent commits, the mail flow is no longer sending out mail.

Is there a specific timeframe delay/trigger that decides when mail is sent after being placed in queue?

If not already added, would adding more task options for the items in the email queue be possible? Such as force send, remove from queue, delay?

@wrongecho and @tgifol the docs have been updated to include the new cron for email queuing system currently its only utilized when sending invoices manually, but will progress out from here. I will make an announcement as well soon and pin it.

Really hate to ask a dumb question like this does the cron key require the brackets or no?

hi @tgifol its definitely not a dumb question the brackets should not be used, we will update the docs to reflect that.

So After enabling and adding cron to crontab -e I see no results. it has been over 30m since adding.

Here is a copy of my crontab for reference.

0 */2 * * * /var/www/itflow.itdonerightnc.com/cron.php [Key] (key removed for obvious reasons)

* * * * * /var/www/itflow.itdonerightnc.com/cron_mail_queue.php [Key]

* * * * * /var/www/itflow.itdonerightnc.com/cron_ticket_parse.php [Key]

make sure you specify php before the path like this

* * * * * php /var/www/itflow.itdonerightnc.com/cron_ticket_parse.php [Key]
