Bug/FR/Question - Ticket on Client vs Account view

So, I'm on a ticket, but my left hand menu is account wide, not the client that the ticket belongs to. This seems like a deviation from the standard being set that every customer item you are viewing is wrapped in the customers 'view' instead of the accounts 'view' if that makes sense.

This would also be true for Projects it seems.

If you enter the ticketing system from the outside (ie, not in a client) this is the expected view. Notice the client name is not above the tickets / DigiBandit IT Services line.

When you enter into a client / tickets, the left column is displayed correctly and you will see the client name above Tickets / …

Why, is it like that though? Is it intentional and helpful or more so just the way it is?

digibandit Because projects and tickets are global and client specific. So it probably makes the most sense if you're within a client to get the client menu, but if you're outside you keep the main menu.

Interesting… I'm just saying I don't think I would ever want the global view unless I'm in a global area, everything being client specific and all.

Still a Feature Request as I'd love this to be a global option, somewhere in settings perhaps?

From outside a client account, if you tap the Tickets in the left bar you are taken back to the global ticket view.

From inside a client account, if you tap the Tickets in the left bar you are taken back to that client.

I am assuming that is why it was designed that way.
