someDude I noticed in a ticket today that there was another user from a different client that appears next to the watchers icon in the upper right. Ticket replies have not been sent to him and he is not listed as a watcher below 'Conact'
JosephWithCOR I am not sure this is a bug because when you "Add Watcher" from either "New Ticket" or when editing a ticket you can select a contact from the current client OR you can type any address in the box. Company A owns / manages Company B. Company A could watch tickets from Company B. Granted you would have to explicitly type in their email.
someDude Except I didn't add a watcher. Notice there isn't one listed. They are also from another client and completely different domain.
wrongecho Watchers don't appear in the top, they have their own separate section. Usually the top icon like that shows the assigned agent and anyone else that has interacted with the ticket.
someDude wrongecho There would be no reason for that other person to interact with that ticket, and there is no permission granted to do so. The companies aren't affiliated in any way.
ontariokicker44 I had also reported this same issue. I have used DevTools to change names to protect the innocent. Note on the header where it has "Me, SomeOneElse". SomeOneElse in my case constantly is listed there, but not on every ticket.
johnny I think this commit by @wrongecho fixed the issue: Its in Develop so not in the main release yet. itflow-org/itflow2ca5077
