Getting started with API for ticket forms

Hi,

I'm a noob and I want to set up an HTML form on my site for ticket creation using the api script here: itflow-org/itflowblob/master/api/v1/tickets/create.php

Now, I can create an HTML form for the script but I'm not sure how to connect it to my site. I created an API key, how do I integrate it in the code to link it to my instance? And what else would I need to do for this?
