Feature Request: Time Tracking

Hey Team!

I was thinking about how neat it would be if ITFlow had a time tracking tab in each client area to keep tabs on hourly services and rates. Let me know what you think. 🙂

I'm not too sure what you mean by this? We have time tracking for tickets, do you mean reporting on this?

The ability to track hourly via either a decimated "time" tab in the menu or an additional feature in the ticket itself to track for on site/billed hourly options as well.

For example a pia client that requests on sites when there is no need for one lol

Hey, this is an interesting idea but I can't imagine how it'd look/function. Could you mock up (nothing special - paint is fine) how you see this looking please?

Something that would create a list of time entries that have been added. also being able to add and remove them aswell with the ability to select the technician that created the time entry. As I think of more things that would be extremely useful to assist (the cheapo clients) I will add them here.

I just wanted to check - you are aware that the current time tracker is editable? Gif here.

We have had a few suggestions of adding a start/end time, and we might end up switching to this in the future, but I figured the auto time tracker is easier as it automatically tracks your time but lets you edit.

Personally, I hate time tracking so wanted to make it as simple as "Open the ticket in the browser whilst you work on it and your time will be automatically tracked".

Well lookie here. Thanks for the visual. Greatly appreciated. Ill have to play around with it on our test client. I was not aware… but now I am!!
