Any thoughts on when you'll be adding the ability to create recurring tickets from a template? For example, we have a monthly maintenance ticket template that we use to manually create a set of tickets. Being able to create scheduled tickets either at the customer level with a variable for the ticket title would be a great help and ensure the tickets are always created on the 1st of the month and due by the end of the month.
In addition, to be able to specify category, tech, and priority, and billable on these tickets in a recurring manner would be awesome.
