I currently have two workflows for this process. One for TacticalRMM Alerts, where I use a webhook in TRMM that sends alert data to a middleware. This middleware looks up the customer in ITflow and creates a ticket for the correct customer. Additionally, an AI analyzes the raw alert data, writes a short summary about the alert, and suggests simple solutions for the issue that might be associated to that alert. After that, we receive messages on different platforms like Discord to notify us about the new alert. A second workflow creates new customers in ITFlow when they are added to Tactical and also syncs the systems to the customer assets in ITFlow. This sync includes details such as the system name, IP address, serial number, OS, type, last time synced under notes, last user login, and a link to the system in Tactical, allowing for direct switching from ITFlow to the corresponding Tactical System.
