Hey @digibandit I am unable to replicate on my side.
I opened a ticket in ITFlow Assigned a contact so that contact would get email updates.
Then created 3 public and Email Comments. One with standard text one with some HTML and one with an image of a fox that I copied and pasted. Im wondering if you email client may be stripping it out for some reason. What email client is being used?
