Globally you would be able to see the applications your user base are struggling with. With a bit of consistent ticket subjects (beyond your control), what issues they are having.
For your client specific line of business software packages, Yes, you would be able to point to a particular piece of software and with a bit of consistent ticket subjects (still beyond your control), what issues they are having.
Either way during a review this could potentially be a prompt for more / better documentation, both internally (MSP) and externally (client facing) and could tie into a global knowledge base.
I am specifically requesting the addition of (potentially many, I should have been a bit more clear in the request) licenses.
Ultimately, the more 'links' we can have between the various tables, the better reporting can be eventually generated.
