johnny yes press the send button if you click on the arrow it will allow you to mark sent instead of actually sending, but maybe this can be word better not sure open to input. I dont want to overword and clutter the interface but there could be room for improvement there
digibandit It might just be that customer? The client in question was created by a powershell script from tactical rmm, maybe their 'customer profile' is damaged from this method?
johnny You know what I think you just need to assign someone a primary contact to that client. Goto the clients contacts click edit on the contact you want to me make primary then click the primary contact checkbox next to the name then save
johnny yeah every client should have a primary contact and locaton for sure Also a little secret thats hidden.. If you click the Client Name at the top it will reveal useful client info Including the current Primary Contact and Primary Location of that client.
