Hello, I found your project and I really like it, so I would like to suggest some improvements or observations.
When I select a category for tickets, I can't see anywhere which category I chose.

I miss having a space where I can draw diagrams, network plans, etc. I would like a new Diagrams section that could have draw.io support implemented.
I also thought of implementing backup monitoring and similar things. For example, in a small company where it is not worth deploying zabbix and similar tools, I get an email every day about performing a backup. I saw that you already have a solution for parsing emails for tickets, so something similar could be for monitoring emails from backup programs. In ITflow, it would be graphically displayed or logged
