Was wondering if there is a way to add specific sorting of emails for service alerts like
Rmm sending a email to the ticket board because a specific client has a outage
or
n-able backups failing notices.
Would be nice to have it assign itself to a particular customer ( my companies entry in this instance)
Even having the auto assign ability during this would be a plus. The dashboard isn't all that useful unless tickets get assigned.
If I were to implement this on my own, where is the actual parse happening?
