Currently we're still using a different Ticketing system, so I was wondering if it's possible to eventually add API access to Client Licenses. Setting up access to read the Expiry Date on Licenses would allow me to build/modify my script to read that and generate a ticket a month prior to the expiration instead of having a separate calendar where that is having to be tracked and maintained.
Notifications in general Via email (with a specific global email address field) related to expiries would also work, but it would be more of a stop gap.
