I am mildly curious. The numbers from /report_ticket_by_client.php is where I retrieved and added to create the numbers from above. The one full year (2024) and two partial years add up to 5158.
The numbers from the top of /tickets.php add up to 5194, and ticket number 5184 lists a ticket_id of 5194.
I would expect the numbers to match.
I would think the sum at the top of ticket.php (193+5001=5194) would equal the addition of the sum of the tickets raised (947+2370+1841=5158).
As my duties allow, I will log into the server and pull a count of the tickets database.
