johnny Everything associated to the ticket should live on the ticket's details, how we present and interact with said information is more what I am talking about. I need to navigate away from tickets too often to do tasks for that ticket.
Being able to add details to the customer's records from a ticket's page would bring the steps count down from 15 clicks to less then 5. Right now I can click the three dots on a ticket and add contacts, assets, venders and watchers. Watchers can be input manually without a pre-existing contact, but not the other 3 options.
I want to be able to add a new contact, asset or vendor from the ticket, without navigating away. A popup or module would work fine.
