Importing Assets fails

Hi, I've just started trying out ITFlow this week, and very excited, as it looks like it will solve all sorts of problems for me. The only thing that isn't working for me at the moment, is the import of assets. I'm using the sample CSV file, and have tested both with single and multiple items. Each time, clicking the Import button, takes me to a HTTP error 500 page 'This page isn't working at the moment. (Domain) can't handle this request'.

Imports for Clients, Contacts and Credentials all work perfectly.

Any suggestions or help on this would be much appreciated, as I'd like to avoid having to type in 200 or so existing records. Forgive me, but I'm a complete Linux novice, so if any help could be very explicit and step-by-step as much as possible, it would be much appreciated!

@HarlingIT Depending on the platform you are hosting this on, you will need to pull the error.log. On a Linux server running Apache this is typically "/var/log/apache2/error.log".

I just went to develop.dev.itflow.org, created a test client because the database constantly resets, downloaded the asset-template.csv and was able to import successfully.

The Location did not import. The Physical Location did. I am thinking the Location is related to Client / Locations.

Even when mangling the Purchase Date from YYYY-MM-DD to MM/DD/YY it still imported (didn't populate).

Once this latest update gets published, I would bet your import problem will be resolved.

If you cut the data in your spreadsheet to a single well populated line, can it be imported into their develop.dev.itflow.org site?

Yup @JosephWithCOR is right this will be fixed in the nexy release comeing out late this week, its a fairly large bugfix release

Just to confirm, Import of assets now seems to work fine after the update. Many thanks for your assistance.
