Hi all! To give some context, I am a very new business owner using ITFlow daily, and I just wanted to know more about the Projects feature and it's intended use. For context, I am currently working on a project for a client that has 4 tickets in total. When I created the project as opposed to one big ticket, I was under the impression that once the project was done, I could send the client one invoice for all tickets in the Project settings, but I haven't found a way to do that without individually invoicing each ticket in the project. Is this the intended use? And for the next project, is it better to have one big ticket in the project so the client gets one invoice? If sending multiple invoices is the norm for projects, that would make a lot of sense, but to me, I'd rather send one invoice once the project is complete than multiple invoices over the course of the project or all at once.
Again, I am very new to all of this so any feedback or clarification is more than welcome! Thank you in advance for your time 🙂
