25.09 Released - Command Line

Not meaning to be dense, what is the command line and recommended sequence to perform the upgrade?

The web ui worked great for my 4 instances

But otherwise it's the standard commands:

sudo -u www-data php update_cli.php
sudo -u www-data php update_cli.php --update_db
