Tax ID not showing on the invoice/quotes and clients view

Hey guys,

Great job with the latest updates, well done! Worth the wait!

Not sure if is just me, or someone else having the same issue, but i could not replicate the issue in the testing dev instance.

For some reason, on my invoices/quotes is missing the TAX ID

The TAX ID, is seen under the TAX ID of the client edit modal as well under the client overview billing column, but not on the invoices and quotes.

Putting this under General ITFlow, as this could be a local issue, so not a BUG

Its off by default but if you head to Admin > Settings > Invoice Settings you will see this option:

Actually it will only show the Tax id of your company if it is set under Admin > Settings > Company Details.

It will not show the Tax id of the client you are billing to.

Should it show both?

Yes, it should show it on the invoice. but i'm referring to the client's tax id, not mine as company detail. so each client would have all "bill to" details, including their tax id, as european regulations needs the VAT shown on the invoices.

actually this doesnt work on demo version, so not sure if previous version i had was just a custom work on my end, and just lost it with the new updates, or it was you implemented in previous versions and new updates broke it.

if this can be checked on future updates would be great. this and the invoices notes templates implementation 😃

ah @aftechro that makes sense you must of did a custom job, but yeah ill get this added for next release too. Especially if its for regulation
