Bug - Asset Interface Export

Export to CSV doesn't export all interfaces.

First entry missing used to be a thing elsewhere that I fixed in a bunch of places, I think there was a dodgy if loop?

ah its this code at the end of export fpassthru($f); It should be fpassthru($f, 0);

Fixed currently in develop will be in the next .2 maint release at the end of the week.
