Would love to have the ability to check multiple mailboxes and use this workflow to assign tickets to a particular client.
I have different hustles from IT helpdesk customers to a gaming community and would love to be able to service them all through the same ticketing system, sending different email response templates when tickets are opened.
Example email to help@xyz.com generates and assigns tickets to XYZ client and gets ticket opened message X while an email to help@abc.net generates and assigns to ABC client and gets ticket opened message B
