Custom link to favorite ITFlow client no longer works

We have a custom link for a client inside ITFlow, used for internal documentation, and the link no longer works:

https://msp.mydomain.dk/client_documents.php?client_id=1

External links works just fine….

uhdamm the paths have changed. You should adjust accordingly

Michal to be more clear. if the url is on another host you should put in the full link like https://www.example.com/path/to/url

If it's within your itflow it should be entered as /path/to/url (make sure to include the root slash "/")

Yes, that's what i thougt, so I opened the client and copied the link from the address-bar, put it in the cusom link, but had the same error.
Must have been late last night, because this morning when I click the custom link, it's working just fine. Doh!

hello, If you are on latest version, your link is definitely wrong. New path should be domain.dk/client/documents.php. try to clear cache or use incognito mode.

Also in your printscreen you leak your domain.

I didn't realize that worked. Thought the URL had to be the full path.

Learned something new today, and it isn't even 07:00…
