Is there a way to change the client associated with a ticket? If I send an email to the help desk address to start a ticket, it pops up with my company as the client. This is fine in the case of normal end users opening tickets, but I would like to be able to open up a ticket by sending an email, either by sending it to a specific address based on the client (doesn't seem to be a feature) or being able to change the assigned client of the ticket when I am back to my desk.
