Ticket signature placement is a bit annoying

Hello,

I wanted to add a blank line before my signature, and when I do ITFlow erases it. It's annoying to click in the box and then have to press enter, then up arrow to start typing my response. Is there any way we can allow blank lines above the signature line?

Just pushed an update which will allow HTML in Signatures this will allow extra line spacing and more, will be in the next maint release:

I'd guess the empty line is so you don't need to click on the first character to enter a line or two before you can start typing? I just ended up creating a macro to enter in my signature, as the auto-entry costed me more clicks.

Could the signature instead live in it's own signature section below the main content entry area? Or Greyed out and set to bottom most always?
