Feature Request - Task Notes and Time

Hi,

I'd like to request a feature that when a task is worked on in the ticket, the person can put a note in the task and specify how long it took to do said task.

Right now, I have them documenting everything in the ticket, and after adding the entry that corresponds to the task, they click complete task.

I thought that was the way you were suppose to do tickets with tasks. Show your work to justify closing the task.

JosephWithCOR I think he means adding notes to a task within a template prior to checking the box for complete.

Currently, you can complete the task, and then edit the entry it creates to add more specific notes.

litechforce I just noticed, you can hit edit on the task, allowing you to add more text and also indicate how long it took in minutes, before hitting complete.
