wrongecho correct I typically do not track time to the ticket. A good example is service calls. I show up, do work and take paper notes, and then type the notes in later. So when I generate an invoice, it will only show however long it took me to type my notes. This is obviously not a very big deal just one of those little things it would be nice to do away with.
I could be convinced to use the time tracker, but depending on how many exact minutes are worked, the invoice generated is often not billed correctly. Example: 37 minutes worked will auto bill for 0.5 hours, but 38 minutes worked will bill for 0.75 hours. If we bill in 15 min increments, I would expect that any amount longer than 30 mins would bill 0.75 hours.
