konrad Agreed, The ability for agents to add file uploads to a ticket is needed. Should be pretty simple to integrate.

alphaTECH Hello, I love that clients can attach files to tickets via email but I'm at a bit of a loss because I can't send any back! Is there an ETA on this feature? Attaching files to tickets is pretty important for me (quotes, guides, pictures, etc.)
wrongecho alphaTECH Hey! Yeah, we need to add a proper file upload on the agent side for ticket replies. Workarounds: If it's just an image then you can paste into the editor for now. For files, you could share them via the secure links file sharing.
