Looking at the Checklist option in ITGlue, i think this would be beneficial to have it in ITFlow as well.


So what this is intended for, is to regularly re-check your client's main configuration, in case some initial settings have changed over the time and they were not updated in your system. not only that, but that also some how force you to update passwords (password rotation) on main essential assets/configurations (servers, nas, remote access etc).
Basically, as admin, i can create a configuration list, add checks i need the agent to do for that specific company, assign the agent, and aget will spend time to make sure everything is updated,
Finally, once the check is done, admin can mark it as completed and can set an expiration day, 9/12 months, so i`ll get a notification/alert that the checklist expired, so i can regenerate another checklist (from template or manually add new one)

What`s your thoughts on this? Would this be a yeaaay or neeey?
