Vendor website link is prefixed with portal base domain (links become internal)

When viewing a Vendor from the Licenses or Services list, the Website link in the Vendor Details modal is not opened as the external link the user entered. Instead the portal's base domain is prepended, producing an internal URL like https://demo.itflow.org/agent/google.de rather than navigating to https://google.de (or the intended external address).

As you said it looks like it only affects the vendor details modal popup this was fixed will be in the next release.
