patrick When creating a ticket from this page: https://develop.dev.itflow.org/agent/tickets.php, it simply doesn't do anything. I can look into pulling some logs, but I think the issue stems from the fact there is no more option to select the client in the `New Ticket (v2)` modal: ITFlow versions affected: 25.10 and later (potentially earlier as well)

wrongecho No worries, thanks for flagging anyway 🙂 This modal has been used in scheduled tickets for quite some time but I guess it's unclear if you've only ever used the old modal.
digibandit wrongecho It would make more sense to start out on the contact tab, then fill out ticket details, then select all associated content (assets, documents, credentials, stakeholders, etc. ), perhaps?
wrongecho digibandit Yeah, probably. I'm not sure how we ended up with contact in the middle tbf. I think it's a carry over from scheduled tickets.
