Error when Client ID is 0

When a new ticket comes in with no client associated, the URL query has client ID as 0. When I click on that link it shows the error page below indicating the ticket does not exist. When I remove the client ID query from the URL, it resolves the issue. Not sure if this is an error with the ticket script or the URL query. Thanks

This also gives the same error page so I would assume it is an issue with handling a client ID of 0.

ah I see this would of been affected by the latest update and you have Create tickets for emails from unknown senders/domains turned on hence there is no client assigned to them.

Ill see if I can get fix out there thanks for reporting

okay this should fix the issue.

If client isnt assigned to the ticket dont include client_id in the get var. Will be out in the next maint release
