johnny its looking for the php-imap lib but we no longer use it, need to change the way its testing will fix for next maint release.
johnny Pushed out a fix will use raw tcp connection to test instead of relying on the deprecated php-imap extension. itflow-org/itflow66fb999 Will be in the next maint release.
