If a new ticket comes in but it not assigned to a client yet, you can't open the ticket. Page says "Nothing to see here", but I change the link in the web address to assign a ID of 1 it works and I can assign a client at that point. If the ID is 0 it give the "Nothing to see here" Page. Am I missing some setup somewhere? I did update and run the database update as many times as I needed to, to get to the correct version.
